JUDr. Lenka Seitz graduated from the Faculty of Law at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice in 2007. During her studies, she participated in a study abroad program at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, focusing on European economic law. She furthered her education by earning a European Certificate in Business Economics from Comenius University in Bratislava.
She has been active in the legal profession since 2008 and has been practicing law since 2011. During her career, she has gained extensive experience providing legal counsel on acquisitions, transfers of business interests, real estate transactions, and legal due diligence for companies.
In her practice, she focuses primarily on commercial law, intellectual property law, and competition law. She focuses on corporate matters, the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, the protection of trademark, patent, and domain rights, as well as software and licensing relationships.
