Andrej Juran
Andrej Juran, M.A., graduated with a degree in law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Trnava in Trnava in 2015. In April 2026, he successfully passed the bar exam.
Since 2016, he has been practicing law, where he has gained extensive experience representing clients in litigation and non-litigation matters, preparing and reviewing contractual documentation, and providing legal advice. Before beginning his legal clerkship at a law firm, he worked as a bailiff’s clerk.
In his practice, he focuses primarily on litigation and commercial law. He prepares court filings, represents clients at hearings, and drafts legal opinions and proposed solutions. A significant part of his work involves drafting and negotiating contractual documentation, including negotiations with clients’ business partners, particularly in the areas of construction projects and business cooperation. He also has experience with corporate matters and legal due diligence in acquisitions.

JUDr. Matúš Červený is a lawyer with a strong international background and specialization in intellectual property law, commercial law and personal data protection. He graduated from the University of Law and Economics in Košice and has spent several stays abroad. As a member of the Slovak Bar Association, he has also participated in legal reforms abroad.
