Lenka Gabzdilová
JUDr. Lenka Gabzdilová graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava. She subsequently defended her rigorosum thesis and passed the rigorosum examination in criminal law at the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, thereby earning the title of Doctor of Law.
She is familiar with both sides of criminal proceedings. She served as an investigator in the Criminal Police Department, where she investigated criminal offenses during preliminary proceedings and led a field response team while on duty. At the Police Academy in Bratislava, she completed an officer training course specializing in investigation, culminating in an exam on the theory and practice of investigation and criminalistics, and she passed the final investigator’s exam at the Police Force Headquarters.
On the client side, she has handled criminal cases in both pretrial and court proceedings since the beginning of her practice. Her investigative experience allows her to assess criminal cases from the perspective of law enforcement authorities, which she utilizes in protecting her clients’ rights and legitimate interests.
She currently works as an attorney at the Bratislava office of LEXANTE, where she focuses not only on criminal law but also on selected areas of civil, commercial, labor, and other branches of law. She provides legal services in both Slovak and English.

JUDr. Matúš Červený is a lawyer with a strong international background and specialization in intellectual property law, commercial law and personal data protection. He graduated from the University of Law and Economics in Košice and has spent several stays abroad. As a member of the Slovak Bar Association, he has also participated in legal reforms abroad.
