Mgr. Julia Krutii is a lawyer with over 20 years of professional experience in the field of international law, tax consulting, GDPR and administrative law.
She has worked in law firms in Ukraine and Slovakia. She studied law at the Taurida V.I. Vernadsky National University in Ukraine and at the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica.
In 2016, she completed the "Rethinking International Tax Law" course at Leiden University in the Netherlands, thereby deepening her knowledge of international tax law.
Her achievements include setting up international legal and tax structures for clients and optimizing tax strategies in accordance with international regulations.
She is fluent in Slovak, Ukrainian, Russian and English, with advanced knowledge of professional legal language.

Matúš Červený
JUDr. Matúš Červený is a lawyer with a strong international background and specialization in intellectual property law, commercial law and personal data protection. He graduated from the University of Law and Economics in Košice and has spent several stays abroad. As a member of the Slovak Bar Association, he has also participated in legal reforms abroad.
