Mgr. et Mgr. Ing. Gabriela Turčáková completed her law studies at the University of Matej Bel in Banská Bystrica, where she earned the title of Mgr., and also graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the same university with a degree in Economics and Management of Small and Medium Enterprises, earning the title of Ing. Additionally, she obtained another Mgr. degree from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Matej Bel in Banská Bystrica.
During her studies, she worked at a law firm, where she gained valuable practical experience, which she later applied during her traineeship. Currently, as a lawyer, she specializes in commercial and civil law, contract documentation, and the management of insolvency proceedings.
Her practice focuses on comprehensive legal advice in the area of insolvency law, including the management of insolvency proceedings. Additionally, she provides expert advice in the field of commercial and civil contracts, always ensuring efficiency and legal security in each individual case.

JUDr. Matúš Červený is a lawyer with a strong international background and specialization in intellectual property law, commercial law and personal data protection.
