On 30 October 2020, a Decree of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic was issued in Volume 12 of the Bulletin of the Government of the Slovak Republic, ordering measures in the event of a threat to public health concerning the regime of entry of persons into the premises and premises of the employer.
According to the wording of the decree, facility operators and employers are entitled to require from the person entering:
Alternatively, visitors to the premises may prove themselves by a confirmation of the exemption from disposing of such a test, in the cases specified in the provisions of § 2 par. 2 of the decree in question. If these persons do not have such documents, operators and employers are obliged to deny them access to the premises.
Operators of facilities and employers are also obliged to visibly place a notice of entry ban on all entrances without a negative test and exceptions from the entry ban pursuant to the decree in question.
