#16An overview of anti-pandemic measures and the most important changes since Monday, April 26

The all-Slovak COVID AUTOMAT remains in the burgundy colour and the national III. degree of warning. Nevertheless, there will be changes in the measures.

The most important changes:

  1. From Monday, according to the COVID AUTOMAT, not a single district will be in the black phase. There will be 22 in the burgundy phase, 52 in the red phase and five in the pink phase.
  2. In districts in the third level of warning (burgundy phase), the test is valid for seven days.
  3. In districts in the second level of warning (red phase) the test is valid for 14 days. School teaching is renewed in all schools and the operation of all school facilities in accordance with the conditions of the regional COVID AUTOMAT.
  4. School teaching in schools in which school teaching is not resumed on the regional principle of COVID AUTOMAT (eg. in a district classified in the 4th level of warning), remains interrupted and distance education continues. The regional principle also applies to the resumption of operations or in the operation of school facilities.
  5. Consumption of meals will be allowed in the outdoor terraces of cafes and restaurants (there must be two meters between the tables).
  6. Fitness centers can now accept customers. A maximum of six and one a minimum of 15 square meters.

The following shall remain in force:

Wearing masks and staying in nature:

  1. Staying in nature is also allowed outside the district.
  2. A mask or a respirator is mandatory indoors, it is not mandatory to have the upper airway covered outdoors, in the case of people who are at least five meters apart, unless they live in the same household.

Services:

  1. Shops, services and shopping centers are open, entry possible with a valid test. Children's corners and seating sections are closed.
  2. Accommodation facilities can operate without restaurants and the use of common areas, accommodation from a shared household possible for max. 2 adults in 1 room or members of 1 household in a separate room with bathroom. Test at the start of accommodation and mandatory testing of employees.
  3. Swimming pools and swimming pools can be opened if they comply with the conditions specified in the decree.
  4. Kitchens and food outlets in medical facilities and schools are open unless it is possible to ensure the consumption of food in these mass caterers.
  5. The facilities of human body care are open and will have to disinfect the workplace after each customer, to which they should adjust the schedule of the operation.
  6. Museums, galleries and exhibition halls can only organize individual tours.
  7. Theoretical training and practical instruction of driving schools are permitted provided that the hygienic conditions specified in the decree are met.
  8. In libraries, publishing and returning books "through the window" is allowed. Reading books together is allowed with a maximum of 6 participants.

Mass events:

  1. Mass events for up to 6 people are allowed.
  2. The decree stipulates the conditions for services, baptism ceremonies, church and civil ceremonies of marriage and funeral.
  3. The number of visitors in a church or similar space at one time may not exceed the concentration of one visitor per 15 m2 of the area designated for visitors. If this area is less than 90 m2, there can be a maximum of 6 visitors. The number of participants does not include children under 10 years of age accompanied by an adult.
  4. Professional sports allowed without spectators / without an audience. One coach is not included in the limit of the number of persons.
